    Stephan Fuller has worked as a professional mountaineering guide (1978-1983) for the American Alpine Institute, served as the President of the Federation of Mountain Clubs of British Columbia (1981-1987) and has worked as an instructor in snow physics
    and avalanche safety. He has participated in over 20 high altitude mountaineering expeditions and is fully trained in wilderness first aid and mountain rescue.
